Starting to think regardless of who leafs offer if player they are trying to get us a top 9 player Dubas has to offer a 1st rounder. GMs know he will hand them out so they don’t deal until it’s on the table

Because of that I’d just tell Dubas to go to cottage and be off duty until draft next year just so leafs have a 1st next draft.
