If you don't know the details mph, just go read Tanner's newest article. It contains these exact same suggestions with all the details and everything.

I don't think the Hall signing is a good idea. The last thing this team needs is another high-priced winger. We would literally be a two line team with the bottom six being a bunch of AHL replacement level players on league minimum.

If we spend big on a UFA and need to gut depth to do it, then either a goalie or Pietrangelo should be it. Although now the Pietra help is passing 39, the goalie might be the best choice to find.

This is what i came up with:
signed Mikheyev and Dermott for 2mil for 2 years and Spezza for 750K. signed Hall for 2 years at 4mil (until the cap goes up)

traded Rielly to Blues for Parayko and Allen

lines:
Hall. Matthew. Marner
Hyman. Tavares. Nylander
Mikheyev. Brooks. Kapanen
Engvall. Spezza. Barabanov

Muzzin. Parayko
Dermott. Lehtonen
Sandin. Holl

extras:Liljegren, Robertson (or whoever)

trade Johnsson, ANdersen and Kerfoot to whoever for picks or prospects

we lose Rielly's offense but gain a trus shutdown pairing D with Muzzin and Parayko.

It's simple LL. We all read Tanner so we know exactly fly what the Leafs should NOT be doing. Lol.

There is no better look into the mind of Dubas and how he operates and why he does the things he does than Tanner. I suspect that since his site is so heavy on the Leafs propaganda that he is in the pocket of Dubas somehow. Maybe Dubas gave him tickets to a game one time or something. In return Tanner writes about how much a genius Dubas is and how great the Leafs are and blah blah blah.
