Leafs trade Jeremy Bracco, 6th rd pick

Islanders trade Josh Ho-Sang, 7th rd pick

Both players were highly touted prospects/ draft picks who are trending down and could use the change of scenery.

Bracco has no value, Ho-Sang has no value. The draft picks even it up, as Ho-Sang's zero value is still a little higher than Bracco's zero value.

Added bonus, Bracco is from New York and Ho-Sang is from Toronto.

Really minor trade but should work for both teams. Best we can hope for for Bracco so I like it.

I will approve if hockey luv does not.

I'm flattered my opinion means so much to you Dolt. Since it's so important, my answer is, meh. I'm indifferent to it, though I would tend towards no. The reason why? Simple. Neither player has any value. Their chances of making the NHL are smaller than the chance of even a 7th round pick making the NHL now. So why downgrade our pick for a player we don't want or need?

That's just my opinion though. You are more than welcome to your own. And I encourage you to form your own opinion regardless of what my (probably wrong) opinion may be.

You must get bored a lot.

I feel like Ho-Sang has a lot of untapped potential. He's just a major character risk with his lack of work ethic and sort of garbage attitude.

He's really the opposite of the sorts of players Dubas targets - Dubas is always talking about work ethic and character. But Ho-Sang could do well in a locker room filled with young, energetic superstars but led by hardworking, high character guys like JT, Muz, Reilly and Hyman.

I thought Bracco might be a fit with NYI since they don't have a lot of pure skill guys. If he made the team he could be a realy boost to their second PP unit and depth scoring if sheltered on an experienced lower line.

Definitely. Why not? He could bounce back so could bracco, I mean they play professional hockey.
They had good years. Under new system and new team and hometown they may just be inspired to do better. Not a bad idea imo. Misewell let them have one more chance.
