I won't go into the Vesey thing much. Your going to get ripped for it but he's essentially just a throw in anyway so who cares.

Sutter won't want to move Bennett. This could be his rebirth in Calgary. Beyond that though, teams don't generally take on rentals just to try and flip them. It's a hassle for them they see no reason to do.

I agree with leafslife. the time for Bennett was before Sutter took over. they have hon 3 straight now I think. I'd be targeting vernier from wings at 50% retained for Anderson and maybe a second or 3rd pick. he's play almost same amount of games as freddy but has better numbers. would then allow us to get a savard and some other forward.

I don't know if Bennett is completely off the table. He is still playing 4th line under Sutter. $2.55 for a guy getting 10-14 mins a night is a lot. I just think it is going to take more than a 2nd or 3rd as some say he is worth.

@LL What do you have against Bernier. not the whole madella thing I hope cause him knowing history should not matter as long as he can stop pucks. freddy has been bad and jack is always hurt. our goalies are I rough shape.

He's worse than Freddy for letting in goals at the wrong time. I'd rather have Reiner back over bernier.
