This deal is very reasonable. 6 million cap hit for a big dude with a shot will really open that 1st line up. Marner now has more options watch out

One of the best deals ever.

I mean if you are willing to discuss Hyman for 4.5-5 million why not grab a 40 goal guy for 1 million more

Leafs will not bring in an expensive forward unless Marner goes, and that’s not likely.

At this point they are playoff team and he has 2 years to show he can put up 35 goals again for his next contract why wouldn't he move to an offense team first.
