Landeskog was making $5.6M. It is said the two sides are far apart. My guess is he wants more than $7M over 5 years or I would think the AV's would have already signed him. He is pretty much a point a game player the last few years, great in the playoffs and this is his last big deal he will sign.

@Heatdreamer. May want to check your math again. I can't see any money in there for Bonino and those D-men are costing you at least about $17M without bonuses. Who is the $1.35M backup/ tandem goalie?

I think it was Friedman on 31 thoughts that said Landeskog may be looking for 8-9/ yr. If that's true none of these work.

Him looking for $8-9M with term, seems about right. I figure Colorado is in the $7M+ range with term at the moment and that is why we are hearing they are far apart.
