Tor: Ho sang mikhyev 3rd
Ott: brown 1mil retained brannstrom

So the leafs need a two way player that calm play in the top six insert brown a guy who last year had 21 goals plays a lot like Hyman and already has some chemistry with guys on the team brannstrom is another guy who hasn't got a shot and the coach doesn't like him good depth player as for the players going back ho sang has looked good but idk if he will get a chance this year maybe next year but there is also the possibility that he signs elsewhere with a young Ottawa team he will get good playing time as for mikhyev I say sell him before he comes back I don't think he will be able to catch up after being off 2 months look at what happened with Willy and he wasn't even hurt we throw in a future 3rd for the retention and probably burry engvall to make the cap work

I wish he never left. I would do this in a second.

I just don't see it.

Why not LL I think the send have Fallen back down to earth a bit this year and they have some bigger contracts coming up ho sang could be just as productive offensively and mikhyev would cover the pk minutes and it would cost them less then having brown.

@L1994. Because you are not suggesting Mikheyev and HoSang for Brown. You also want $1M retained and Brannstrom, a former 15th overall pick and a big piece of the Stone trade. HoSang looks not too bad this year in the minors, but he is still a last chance player. They rarely work out to be top 6 forwards in the NHL. Mikheyev is a UFA end of season. Your prop is heavily lopsided in the Leafs favour imo.

@LL. Just trying to help. lol.

I could care less to have brannstrom I just threw him in there considering that smith has said publicly he doesn’t like brannstroms game.

Take Brannstrom out and I still doubt they do it. The trade would still be Brown with $1M retained for a pending UFA and PTO/ last chance player. I see how it helps the Leafs, how does it help Ottawa?
