@Hrenklin, You keep saying Muzzin's NTC doesn't kick in until July 1st. Where are you getting this info? To my knowledge, he has a full NTC this season and next season.

Check cap friendly. It says July 1st 2023, player submits 10 team no trade list.

That is because the last year of his contract 2023/ 24 his full NTC goes to Modified NTC. He has a full no trade until then.
