Leafs have signed 17 free agents out of retirement all signed at league min. The 12 fowards listed below. The 13th, 14 th & 15th free agent signings Salming, Turnbull & Macoun.

Murray & Samsonov have been bought out by the Leafs, the 16th & 17th free agent signings Cujo & Felix Potvin. Palmateer will be the 3rd option. Fuhr & Belfour may be in the mix due to injuries, arthritis & old age.

McDonald Sittler Thompson
Leeman Clark Courtnall

Matthews, Marner, Nylander & Tavares will fill in for injuries, or when one of the forwards needs to change their depends. Muzzin, Kerfoot, Holl, Reilly & Brodie will be traded to make capspace.

I think you are forgetting that this is Dubas building the team. I can't see him bringing back Clark, Roberts, Sittler, MacDonald, Andreychuk, Gilmour. Not his style.

I would expect him to look at Wellwood, Kessel, Borschevsky, Krushelnyski, Frycer and keep Nylander with them.

You put Sundin above Wendel and Dougie? No chance. Those guys are top 2 centres.

Um, pretty sure Wendel was a winger. Sundin was a very underrated Leaf as well. imo.
