Better add in Matthew Knies and a 1st round pick if you expect Arizona to part with Barrett Hayton who was a 5th overal pick in 2018, 6’1”, 207lbs, center, only 94 career games (barely one season) .
Kerfoot and Holl are basically cap dumps as far as Coyotes are concerned.

Sandin for Lundkvist is a great idea as Sandin is a LHD and Nils Lundkvist is a RHD a position of need for the Leafs.
The two were picked consecutively in the 2018 draft at #28 & #29
Sandin (LD), is 5’11”, 180 lbs, 51 career NHL games
Lundkvist (RD) is 5’11”, 187 lbs, 25 career NHL games

The difficulty would be that the Ranger have 5 LHD prospects in their prospect pool already including K’Andre Miller whom they are very high on, Libor Hajek, Ryan Lindgren, Zack Jones and Matthew Robertson.
Adding a 6th LHD would not appear to be a very good fit.

I won’t comment on Jake Virtanen except to say he had numerous on ice and off ice issues while with the Canucks.
I believe in 2nd chances in life but preferably not with the Leafs.

I don't think that package gets you Hayden. I also believe there is a reason nobody has signed PK up to this point.

Barrett Hayton will not be signing for $2.25 x 3 when Kirby Dach just signed with the Canadiens for $3.5 x 3 .
Hayton has progressed along his development curve further than Dach.
