Reilly to Edmonton for Puljujarvi & a 1st & 3rd rd pick in 2023.

Kerfoot, Knies, Der-Arguchintev & a 1st rd pick in 2023 ( from Edmonton ) & two 3rd rd picks in 2023 ( one of which from Edmonton) to Vancouver for Horvat & Kuzmenko. With Vancouver eating half of Horvat contract.

Niemela, Hoefenmeyer, Holl, Steeves & a 1st rd pick in 2023 to Arizona for Chychurin. With Arizona eating half of Chychurin contract.

Gostibehere to Toronto for Liljegren, Hirvonen, Anderson, Jarncrock & a 1st rd pick in 2024. With Philadelphia eating half of Gostibehere contract.

* Leafs would save approx. 2 million after all the trades.

One thing the Oilers don’t need is another defenseman who can not play defense.
Bouchard and Boquist are already almost as good as Morgan Reilly and both are on ELC’s not $7.5 million a year!

Pretty sure Gostibehere has played the past two seasons in Arizona. Nonetheless, that looks like one of the biggest overpayments for a player I think I have ever seen. Ghost is not that good.

Gostisbehere for Liljegren and a first along with Jarnkrok, Hirvonen and Anderson?
Do you watch any hockey?
Liljegren alone is already a far better defenseman than Gostisbehere.
As well, Liljegren will be 24 in April while Gostisbehere will be 30 in April.
Someone needs to give their head a shake!

Since you don’t watch much hockey I would like to point out that Gostisbehere does not play for Philadelphia but is a member of the Arizona Coyotes.

Also, you have Gostisbehere lining up on the right side of the Leafs defense with Sandin when he is a left handed defender.

Trading every decent prospect in the system for rentals in Horvat, Kuzmenko. Gostisbehere, Shayne, . If it didnt work you just set the leafs back to 1967.
