Let's look at the leafs pipeline. Considering the leafs haven't had much draft capital the last few years they still have a ton of players ready to jump into NHL

I'm not sure everyone of these can be regulars in the NHL. But no one could say any of these don't have a decent shot.

It speaks volumes for the job that Dubas has done in putting a scouting staff and player development team together

I can't recall the last time a team has had such a strong top 15 nhl prospects

Not sure Chicago wants Murray right after taking Mrazek.

Not sure how the Leafs can have a "ton of players ready to jump to the NHL" and at the same time not sure how many can be NHL regulars. Doesn't ready to jump to the NHL suggest they are good enough to be NHL regulars? Also calling them the strongest 15 NHL prospects in can't remember when would suggest they are likely going to be NHL regulars. No?

This list includes a ton of players that may one day be NHLers, but not necessarily impact players. Knies, McMann and Robertson may be able to play in the top 6 or maybe not. Many of the other forwards are bottom 6 projections if they work out at all. Maybe Voit can continue to progress and thrive to top 6 talent.
Defensively, most of those are NHL hopefuls. Nothing more. Niemela the most potential, but likely 2nd pair is his max if he reaches his full potential. He just turned 21 and isn't even playing in North America yet.
Woll has progressed well, but he needs more time before he should be called a for sure NHL goalie.

I sent Murray to Chicago but that deal could send him anywhere. He is just done with injuries and he is deadly slow going post to post.

This isn’t going to be the team but the leafs will have money to add a few free agents. This team will need a goalie but this roster is only $69 million next year cap $83.5 million approx $14 million under the cap for a goalie and a few free agents.

DM. I admire your enthusiasm for the Leafs prospects. I don't think Robertson is ready to be an impactful top 6 in Toronto. Knies is an unknown. Yes, I agree that the Leafs had a Sandin replacement in mind. His name is McCabe imo.

You said resign Bunting and Kampf, but Bunting isn't in your lineup, just Kampf. Where does Bunting fit?
Question, If you feel the Leafs will also sign a couple other free agents with the $14M suggested, then how do all these new guys make the team? Bunting will already replace one of them. A couple more free agents as suggested and two more are out. No?

I think robertson needs to see a few games, get his value up, then send him packing. hes to injury prone and is more likely to not be in the nhl after 2 more seasons at the rate his injuries keep piling up.
