Wsh: Mantha (50%)


Mantha is a big LW making 5.7m but at 50% 2.85m is doable. Leafs give up a young injury prone player in a buy low trade. Washington gets a young asset under club control for a few more seasons.

The problem with that is that then Washington would really be paying Robertson about $3.6M next season when adding in Mantha's retention.

That depends on what direction they go. Washington is coasting to rebuild. They can promote from within and keep ovie till passes the great one.
