Not a fan of Rasmussen and we'd be selling low on Nylander. He's a top player who puts up better numbers each year.

@goat. Shop for a top 4D. $5.5M can bring in a really good dman to go with Rielly, Brodie, McCabe. Leafs could afford to pay up to $6.5_$7M if buying out Murray.

I think the leafs will try to sign nylander at least I hope so. I'd like to see them consider moving Brodie.

@J1967. Rasmussen is not meant to replace Nylander. The Leafs not only get Rasmussen, but $5.5M in new cap space and a top 10 pick. They now have assets and more cap space to retool the top 6.
