So mediocre bottom 6 players for skilled top 6. The value of the Leafs seems too high. A reference points is Robertson and Holmberg at best might get a 4th each.

I think it’s time leafs move on from Robertson

I don’t know if he is in lineup tonight but 2 goals tonight for Robertson he could use In the worst way.


The problem is he doesn’t fire many shots on net and he is being pushed away from the spots he likes because he is small

Even Jason his older brother is having a bad year.

I don’t know what leafs will do

Pay increases to Marner and Knives are not going to allow Leafs to add much up front next year even if Tavares takes a 50% haircut . So Leafs will have Cowen and Minten next year but not a lot of anything else. McMann may not bring much scoring either and Holtzberg is more of a defensive player than a scorer.

All this talk about re-signing Marner is so out of hand.
If Marner wants more than $12.5 million over 8 years he can walk.

Toronto could sign Brock Nielson and Brock Bescor and add in Cowen, for that amount of money to Marner!
Don't forget they will resign Tavares around $4 million x 2 yrs.
And have extra cap there!

The lines then for next year could look something like this.

You're a bit off Park Garden.
It won't be as much as Grumpy say, but Boeser should get around $8.5M.
And I agree Nelson should get around $6, maybe even a tad bit more.
