This is all I would be willing to give up for a 33 year old.
To Toronto
Rust $5.125M/ 3yrs
To Pittsburgh
2027 2nd
2028 3rd
Hildeby
Robertson $1.825M/ yr RFA
Domi $3.75M/ 3yrs
Kampf $2.4M/ 2yrs
Then Leafs sign UFA Reimer below $1.15M (buriable amount) to be our 3rd stringer.
Dubas wants Hildeby & Robertson.
Leafs will add Domi, Kampf for salary, plus a 2nd and 3rd round draft picks.
I am not willing to give up any of Cowan, Danford or the 2028 1st.
If its not enough, then I would rather stay status quo and look to do something during the season/ TDL.
Thoughts?

I prefer keeping Domi. He's shown to be worth every penny of his 3.75m.
If you look at the numbers. The leafs only need to send out Kampf and Robertson to afford their cap hits. Your offer is way to many peices.
And on a final thought, rakell would be better.

Domi worth every penny? Trade him for a bag of pucks.

@Hrenklin agreed to many pieces.
I'm not really sure what else Dubas would want on top of Robertson & Hildeby. I really don't want to give up Cowan, Danford or the 2028 1st, if possible.
Either Rust or Rakell are fine, but I do lean towards Rust because he's a good forechecker, cycles well and PK's.
IMO I think getting someone who PK's is very important to have in our new acquisition, especially if Leafs are getting rid of Kampf & Jarnkrok.

We've literally just brought in 2 new pk guys in Roy, Joshua, and still have the 9 others. 8 think the leafs hang onto jarnkrok because he was still great on the 4th line with Laughton and Lorentz, he has the skill to play up to 2rw injury replacement. I prefer rakell because he's skilled winger that's hits and blocks shots. Spent more time with malkin than Crosby so stats aren't overly inflated because of playing with a phenom. Rakell also had better possession metrics across the board.
Kampf at 2.4, and McMann 1.35 (seems expendable) and 1.135 is around 4.78m so we needs to shed 250k more to get the cap space for rakell.
As for people who don't understand how Domi is worth 3.75m. the current trend is 100k per point. With domi doing 33 points while bouncing around to whatever injury came next. He wasn't able to get comfy for too long. I guarantee if he plays with Matthews for 1 month (15 games) I'd see him having at least 10 points.

Domi also can’t play in his own end and takes way too many stupid penalties. It they could net anything for him without salary retention they’d do it.

Can’t see anyone characterizing Domi as an asset.
He only plays about 30 productive games a season and the rest are a write off.
He produces next to no goals but manages to take more than his share of bad penalties at the most inopportune time.
Domi’s ability to ignore the fact that hockey is a 200 foot game is more than frustrating.
Leafs have no need for Domi as a center with Matthews, Tavares, Roy and Laughton.
Leafs have no need for Domi at left wing with Knies, Maccelli, Joshua, Lorentz, McMann and Robertson.
If Leafs could get rid of Domi and his $3.75 million dollar contract that would be his greatest benefit to the Leafs.
