Marner walks freeing up all that money but they better not waste it

sharks trade 2 nd round pick 25

Leafs need draft capital and money to change the team bring in 4 or 5 players

Try to give Robertson a bigger role next year as goal scorer get him good fits at Center & wing

I am worried you over pay for Bennett

But Florida have less firepower and they beat leafs 3 out of last 4 games

Start with firing Shanahan. Marner walks. Must extend Knies. Tavares signs at significant discount. Domi, Kamph, Jarnkok, Robertson, Hakinpaa, patches, all gone .

I agree that Reilly needs to go same as Marner, Taveres, Kampf, Jarnkrok and Robertson. I will even throw Matthews name in there as well (If he will entertain a trade) .

We need players who are both physically and mentally tough (Fredrick, Kunin, Jeanotte) .

As much as I would love to have Sam Bennett play for the Leafs I highly doubt they will be able to sign him as he has stated he is done playing in Canada (after playing with the Flames) .

Marner, Kampf, jarnkrok, Robertson, Holmberg, Domi, Tavares, Rielly. Let the free agents all walk Lorentz, Hak. Through trades, walks and buyouts get it done.
Resign Knies, offer sheet Dobson to replace Rielly.
Then make smart choices in your free agent signings. Rather have Nelson then at 2yrs younger then Tavares.
