Definitely there will be a shuffle in management.
I’d prefer Pronger to Messier; he has more hockey IQ imo and has as much respect in the hockey world.

For UFAS I like only Raddysh and Kurashev in your 4. I feel signing 4 is the minimum (depending on trade success) up to 6 max. Others I like are Stanley and Murphy on D and Marchment and Mantha up front.

Your NYR definitely has some interest to me. I believe that Lafrenière has more to give and so does Schneider. And Cuylle is very interesting.

Shane Wright would also be a decent add at 3C but I don’t see the Kraken interested in what you’re offering.

I also like Quentin Musty but he’s still unproven at the NHL level so I’m not ready to send Cowan along with a decent bottom6 forward. But it would certainly take another interesting piece along with Joshua to land Musty.

Again I like Tippett as a target but I don’t see Philly biting. Only Stolarz has value and Tverberg is a forever AHL player.

No need to put any of those players on waivers.
Jarnkrok nobody wants and both Domi and Myers have some value so will get a return.

Waivers at this point in the year when we have no cap issues are somewhat meaningless.

My fear is that Darren Raddysh would turn out to be another David Clarkson.
Has a career year.
Leafs sign him to big money for 7 years and he immediately regresses to the norm.
I suspect Raddysh will be looking for maximum money and term.

Yes WB, that could definitely happen as could trading Matthews at his lowest value and then he returns to the 69 goal level.

Nothing is guaranteed as you know.

Would you rather spend $9m on Andersson?

We will need another offensive DMan once Rielly is traded, OEL is not enough.
