So my question woukd be …. Why would Matthew’s waive his no trade to go to Chicago if Bedard was gone and so was Chicago’s first round pick this year. He would be going to a worse situation than he was leaving. Makes no sense at all.

The best laughable part in this trade is giving Bedard more value than Matthews. Like u said this trade was a joke not serious at all. Good one.
