Gonna pass on that. Werenski could be gone in 2 years. Lindstrom with his back issues and also the way he could not handle players his own size in the NCAA did not look good. His development has slowed and Holinkas has trended upward to say the least of how Villeneuve stood tall in the Calder Cup.

We are actually getting prospects developing. As good as Werenski is we letting too much go for the overall return. Kist my opinion which O am sure others will disagree with. But that’s life.

Why would SJS get involved to get Rielly to help the Leafs land Werenski? They r in on Werenski. They r not going to help Leafs land him. Now if they lose out on him then I see them making a trade for Rielly all on its own. ?

If we could get Cayden Lindstrom in that deal that would be a dream come true for our future down the middle!
He has size, offensive upside, defensively responsible and has a mean streak as I scouted him this year.
Danford and Cowan I want to keep as well as Knies.


Matthews to LA for Byfield and Clarke +.
If we ever have to trade Matthews LA is high on his list. LA needs to replace Kopitar.

If you scouted Lindstrom you would know he is Undisciplined and takes Penalties out of frustration because his can't push guys around in the NCAA like he did in Junior Bad Penalties turn into goals agains.
