A trade of two current injured players

To TOR: F - J. Anderson + 2021 3rd

To CBJ: F - A. Johnsson

Johnsson has more value currently, he's signed for 3 more years after this season, whereas Anderson is a RFA. Anderson has significantly regressed from his numbers last year as well, on pace for 12 pts if he were to play a full season.

Great deal imho, even if it was a 1 for 1 deal without the pic involved I think its a win-win situation for both teams.

What happened to our favorite Columbus forward? What a hot mess his season turned out to be this year. Very disappointing. I would still gladly trade for Anderson, though not necessarily for Johnsson. This is a buy low opportunity. Anderson at current value is not worth a roster player. More like a mid-round pick or b-prospect. Having Anderson in the team would be great. Having both Anderson and Johnsson on the team would be even better.

Anderson could probably be grabbed for Bracco alone. Doesn't take much because he looks horrible. He would most definitely do better on a line with Tavares and Nylander on the leafs or even Kapanen and Kerfoot though. I just wouldn't give up Johnson for him right now.
