Your signings are reasonable and probably what the player is actually worth except maybe Liigren should get 2.5 Aav
Lindholm signing is very brilliant and reasonable
And Roy or Parayanko would be my right handed defenceman target.

Agreed with either Roy or Parayko.
Roy would be my first UFA target or trading for Parayko ( hopefully negotiating for a 10%/ 15% retention) .
IMO Lily gets $2.5M / 1yr, or $3.25Mish for 3 years.
I would love Lindholm, he hasn't been doing well at all in Vavcouver, so his stock is dropping. Hopefully Tre, with their history, can talk him into a 1 year show me deal. I think 2C is our biggest issue next year for the forward group.
Defense obviously is our #1 priority though.
