I ran the draft simulator 40times leafs got

First selection 9 times
Second selection 11 times
Third selection 3. Times
Forth section. 23 times


So folks leafs basically have 50% chance of dropping from 1st overall to 4 th overall

Leafs trade nazem Kadri to Montreal for 2016 first Rd pick at draft table.

There is something like a 70% chance that they draft in the top three and a 30% chance they wind up fourth. Leave it to the Leafs luck that when finally have the worst record, the league has modified the rules to give them a greater chance of drafting 4th than 1st. Sucks

It's actually 47.5% that they finish fourth. I'm not claiming that fact. Saw it on tsn tonight.
