Hey Leafs fans this is trade that the leafs should make.


Tor. Gurqinov and Klingberg
Dal. Kerfoot Reilly and Roberston

Tor. Bertuzzo
Det. Engvall and Dermontt

Sign Yandle.

I really believe this put the leafs over the top with a chance to go deep in the playoffs.

If Gurianov is whom u r speaking of then this trade actually isn’t that bad.

Rielly for klingberg. Both are ufa after year. Rielly is
2 years younger but for this deal it doesn’t matter because both are short term 1 yr deal and still will put up similar numbers. klingberg saves leafs .75 on cap and klingberg is owed 6 million vs Rielly 3 million. So after everything Dallas may owe for the amount real money they save here

Gurianov vs kerfoot. Kerfoots best is better than Gurianov but Gurianov worst is better than kerfoot. In the end Gurianov is a big winger with a big shot and is more a PP 2nd line winger. Kerfoot is smaller more quick more a player guy and 3rd lube C/ winger. Kerfoot yas 2 years left before ufa while Gurianov is RFA after this year and has 2 years of RFA eligibility left after this year before ufa.
Kerfoot cap 3.5 but is owed 750K this and 2.7 next year while Gurianov is owed 2.9 this year. With Toronto saving cap but Dallas owing more money and Gurianov younger I say Toronto owes.

Put them together and nothing needs to be added
2 for 2 hockey trade

Oh wait Dallas is already 4 million over cap. This deal it’s 8.5 to Dallas for 6.8 to Toronto. That’s 1.7 extra for a team 4m over.

Guess if you can find a trade partner to take Bishop it might all work out. Till then no trade.
