If Leafs are going to make a trade with the Kraken it should be for Will Borgen not Tanev or Oleksiak.

Massive overpayment for Chris Tanev who will be a 34 year old UFA in June with multiple teams offering him more than Leafs can afford to pay to resign him (if you even want to resign a 34 year old player)

I just don’t see what Bertuzzi brings to this team. He won’t be back with leafs next season. What is Bertuzzi fair value 2 million?

Where can you slot Bertuzzi where he can contribute to the leafs lineup it’s not on the top two lines

Even Domi is he worth 3 million I do like him with Robertson. It hasn’t been tried yet but I’m putting Bertuzzinon the third like with Robertson and Domi

Jarnknok isn’t good enough or Kampf for that matter. Those three players lack of production for the 10 million they eat in cap space has killed Leafs

the only thing is Nylander is really good for is his goal scoring (which we like), but then he gets caught offside and get penalties so many times his transition side of the game terrible and his lack of physical and defensive side of the game is way far beyond worst then anyone else on the team. i’m surprised that they kept him for 8 more years now get ready for 8 more years of disappointment from Nylander.
