No to Thornton, and I'm not sure if you did the math properly for the cap or not, but I don't think you cleared enough cap space to sign Pietrangelo and still field a 20 man minimum roster. You only have 18 players at most listed in your team up top if I counted everyone.

And I really hope dubas' answer to our cap problems is not to run with a short roster again this year.
