I would think Kerfoot has ARZ on his NTC, so not sure that deal could happen.
SJ deal seems decent in value, but may need more with the retention.

STL isn't getting any real compensation until 2024 with the 1st if they can't or don't want to re-sign Engvall. Are they looking to completely rebuild when they have all those 30ish guys with term and NTC's? I think for O'Reilly that they may be looking for a young pretty much NHL ready player. They may be more interested in say Holmberg and this years 1st with maybe a little extra if retaining.

Agree May need more for St Louis this lineup would be about as good as the Leafs could get given the players on the team and cap space. If Dubas could do something like this then extend his contract. Any playoff failure wouldn’t be because he didn’t give them enough ammunition.

Definitely don’t want to include Holmberg in that deal with San Jose.
Kampf may well prove to be too expensive for the Leafs to resign next summer and Holmberg will be his replacement.
