I’ve read that NYR have given permission to Vitali Kravtsov to speak to other teams for the purpose of a trade.

So let’s package Kerfoot and Ty Voit for this talented 21yr old big Russian center.

Cap space and a strong replacement for loss of Brooks. Maybe Kravtsov will turn into something special.

Perhaps you are right. And perhaps he is being influenced by his agent.
I see more upside than you and feel we need to do this deal.
But it also might be a strategy the Rangers are using to get him to show up.

The agent is very well known to the Leafs, Dan Milstein. I think it's a deliberate rouse to try to get a "reclamation" tryout for his client.
