After mason raymond killed it for the leafs this year, he has some high value.
Leafs: raymond, 6th round pick
Oilers: Yak
Also, I know franson has quite a large contract with the leafs but if they retain he is more valuable. Kulimen adds huge scoring depth (30-40 goals).
Leafs: Franson (1.5m retained) & kulimen
Habs: Suban
Lastly,
Leafs: Grabovski, Rask
Col: ROR
This solves everything for the leafs, just sign Carlyle to a long term contract for like 8 years 50 mil.

I would trade clarkson, but we are stuck with him till at least his last year remaining. Nonis should be fired just on that trade alone.
In 2015 draft, if top 2 spot (mcdavid/eichel) for sure but if outside, either fo with strone or a D man.
1.) Arizona deal is good. Leafs should attempt to switch Kadri for Bzak though, and add a late round draft pick
2.) First of all Clarkson wasn't a trade. he was a free agent signing. Secondly, be careful about jumping on Max Domi band wagon. he won't be able to do what he does with teenagers in the NHL.

I feel that Babcock will change the way players like Kessel, Phaneuf, Lupul, Kadri, etc; play. After watching the Detroit / Leafs 24/7 classic game, Babs always made sure that none of the players showed negative posture. A guy like Kessel always comes back from a shift and lays his head down on the bench, probably frustrated. Babs will fix this for sure and that will improve some things for kessel. That is just one simple example if how Babs can really change things around.
Draft day: We pick Marner and then a defenceman with our late 1st.
I also predict we make the off season.

i actually think the Blues would be crazy not to do this trade. Komarov is not a rental and has a cap friendly contract

how can you say "to a team like Anaheim, Minnesota, Washington or Nashville." That's like saying, trading them to literally any team, who cares what position the 1st round pick is, as long as it's a 1st rounder, what a goof
