Because Edmonton wants to have $7M tied up in terrible goalies? Do you think their GM wants to be fired? Even if this trade happened it would be leafs trading the 2nd pick with Sammy to dump his contract.

Shenn signed for 3 years, he’s not coming back here. Teams picking up 50% salary retained for 2 players will want a first for each of those deals alone.
McCabe is only 2 mil and is one of their best D man. Why would you trade him?

The only trade you have that is realistic is McMann for Laughton. The others you are high. Leafs aren’t trading Cowan, Bertuzzi has a NTC, and I’m not even going to waste my fingers typing about the rest. Are you high?

Why would anyone want Sanheim for $6.25m? If you think he’s a top 4 D, the. Bring back Holl to be his partner while you are at it. Sanheim is not the player he was back in 2021.
