Anaheim losing out getting Bedard will still get a #1 Centre in Matthews at 25 years old, yes they will have to resign him, but see a sign and trade type of deal to make it a deal.

If you’re trading Matthews you are rebuilding and might as well trade everyone.

If it’s Matthew’s than add Jamie dry scale instead of a mid pick. That deal is suitable for Marner instead.
