Right now, I would never trade Knies or even Danford. Their best years are still ahead and who knows how good they could become.

As much as I would hate to lose Matthew Knies and Danford, getting Reilly and Domi out of Toronto would make this work for me.

You guys blow my mind. Knies isn’t moving for anyone. Every team would love this type of power forward and the Leafs finalllly get one and you guys are putting him in any trade. This is our future captain, closest player we’ve had to Wendel Clark. Can’t replace heart and Knies elevated his game when it matters most and even plays through injury. I’d move Matthews or Nylander in a deal to get us a better d-man before I move Knies. All day and everyday.

I am. Nylander or Matthews as part of a bigger deal. Can’t trade heart and soul guys like Knies. They don’t come around very often, that’s why Leafs fans still talk about Wendel.

I agree with you Clarky17. Knies is an absolute no trade. I also would trade Matthews or Nylander before Knies.
