If Boston continues their slide Fredric would be a great target
Tor: 3rd sjs hildaby
Bos: Fredric
Would add to all areas and bring some jam don't like trading a goalie to Boston but the leafs seem to have depth at that position
Left side then becomes knies pacioretty Fredric mcmann

I posted the Frederic rumour a week ago, great target but he is a natural center.

Frederic may have been a centre pre-NHL and has played some centre as an NHLer, but mostly as a winger. He is pretty poor on the dot for one. He's a solid target, but at $2.3M per and typically a 25-30 point guy, is that worth giving up Hildeby+?

I’d take Frederic in a heartbeat if Bos would deal with us. He is an all heart guy and plays better when the games are more meaningful. I think TML can shape him into a 3rd line shut down C that would be annoying and tough to play against.

Frederic would be an excellent target if Leafs needed another left wing.
But they already have Knies, McMamm, Pacioretty, Robertson, Lorentz, Holmberg and even Dewar who can perform on the left side.
On the other hand, I look at the Leafs and I see only two right wingers.
Marner and Nylander.
Jarnkrok is likely out until the playoffs and Reeves’s 8:00 minutes a game really doesn’t count.
If Leafs are giving up assets for current players I think they need to target a couple of additions to bolster the right hand side of their lineup.

I would say this Toronto has for the first time an unbelievable amount of goalie depth I chose to
move hildaby was because he’s the older of the two prospects and will probably want to see nhl time before the leafs can give it to him is see Fredric as a winger yes he’s played centre but I’d have him on the wing like I said 3LW when the leafs are healthy Robertson holmberg and dewar are not making the lineup at least not every day the right wing then becomes marner nylander domi Lorentz.
