I'm not sure I would do this but maybe if Laine was having fun on a good team he cares more.

WE agree some guys bet top money and are never the same. Laine in a worse case scenario in a 20 goal scorer. I would slot him third line with Domi and Robertson.

I do agree Leafs need defenceman and I don’t see Zadorov as costing a first round pick.

Leafs could add a winger and d-man but they will need to dump more salary beyond Klingberg

Reaves is untradeable but can be sent down. Leafs have 4.5 million in Jarnknok and Kampf those two could be traded

@David. No, we don't agree. I said stay away from Laine and you say to give him a chance and you would put him on the 3rd line with Domi and Robertson.

Plus, you now keep trying to trade Jarnkrok. Jarnkrok is great value and can play up and down the lineup. He isn't the issue on the Leafs. You don't cap dump Jarnkrok, or Kampf for that matter as that would be horrible asset management.

Now Robertson. He did what he did last year. He scored early on and then started to dry up. He has 1 goal and 1 assist in his last 4 games while going pointless in the last two. His ice time is getting reduced because if he doesn't score or creating chances, he isn't overly useful. He isn't horrible defensively, but he isn't better than most others. He is in jeopardy of McMann taking his spot at some point.

Agree.
Both McMann and Steeves would offer more value than what Robertson is producing.
Laine is a $9 million dollar player who seems to have lost interest.
Definitely not Leaf material.
Laine and Puljajarvi, both picked in the top 4 of the same draft and both should take their game back to Finland.
