If the blues look to sell this might be a trade Toronto would wanna look at both Holloway and broberg are rfa's and 24 blues are closing in on rebuild territory they get a asset with term and two good young pieces for future

Holloway leads the forwards in avg ice time per game. Broberg is in their top 4D. If they are going into a rebuild, why would they move two of their top young players for what may very well be two lesser younger players? I see what you are saying, but I can't imagine the Blues giving up two already young players they could build around if rebuilding.

Funny, I thought Carlo is one of the only Leaf defenceman that has been playing better lately for the most part. Rielly has lost any confidence he had from the start of the season. Benoit is not playing physical. If he doesn't do that, what good is he. OEL has been ok, for what he is paid, can't expect a lot more. Myers has had a tough last 2-3 games as a 7th D having to play. McCabe is extremely inconsistent this season. Mermis, yikes.
They are a mess as a team. They look scared to play the game.

I doubt GM Armstrong would make such a gross mistake a year after fleecing the Oilers for the above mentioned Holloway and Broberg.
Leaf players have little value on the current trade market.
Until they show they are NHL caliber players no team is about to give up assets for any of them except maybe Nylander and I would prefer to keep Willie as he is my favorite/ only player on the team.

I would talk to Morgan Reilly about waiving his NTC if a deal could be worked out with Vancouver or maybe a reunification with Kyle Dubas in Pittsburgh.
Otherwise I would put Reilly in waivers.

Parayko Faulk is who they will get rid of in a rebuild. Not Tucker or Broberg who the offer sheeted. It will be kyrou, Thomas or schenn not Holloway or neighbours.
