How about Matthews to Calgary for Kadri, Anderson and maybe a pick.
Matthews doesn't have the fire or passion to lead the Leafs. They need someone to drag them into the fight.

Ya he might not have the fire for leafs but he definitely doesn’t have it for the flames. He will never go to another Canadian team he is US bound if he approves a trade.

I could see a Matthews to Anaheim trade because A) He’s back in the US. B) The Ducks need someone a bit older and experienced I guess like Matthews. Not in Toronto Matthews will most likely go back to being AM60 type player. We on the other hand get a very solid return as mentioned in the proposals above. Idea incoming sorry.
