For Debrusk yes but Trotz will take anything to get those horrible contracts of his books especially Marchessault but I wouldn’t want him. He’s ?.

Why not send the expiring contracts of Maccelli ($3.425) and Jarnkrok ($2.1) to Nashville for Marchessault ($5.5)? }
The cap hits match.
Marchessault is a C/ RW and might gives the Leafs 1st line a boost playing with Matthews and Knies.
Nashville gets out from under Marchessault’s contract while Leafs get a guy they can plug in to the RW slot on the 1st line making Domi a healthy scratch where he belongs.
