ReFill I like your trades. Seems pretty fair both ways. I can see Buffalo fans not agreeing but has to be pretty close. Do you see Tre pulling off a move close to this or we settling for a cheap 3C?

I can't see Buffalo giving up their top line winger who also plays both special teams and one of their top 4 D-men for basically Cowan, a likely late first 3 drafts away, two bottom 6 forwards and a 6/ 7 d-man. On top of that they are going to retain 50% on Tuch this year and next and Byram this year.
If Buffalo would do it, sure.

Doesn’t get it done. I believe canucks more willing to get rid of Miller than Peterson. Rumours are Rangers. Zibanejad. Similar contracts and same age both need a new home.

Leafs can’t afford to trade Reilly unless a decent D comes back. Benoit sucks. A D core with Myers, Timmons, and Benoit all playing is scary as hell.

Rielly has been bad. But Pettersson is everything people say about Marner in the playoffs. If it's Miller maybe make the trade and give a bit more.

To think, McCann was a Leaf until Dubas chose to protect Justin Holl in the expansion draft and leave McCann exposed for the Kraken to claim.
One of at least a dozen terrible decisions by Dubas during his 5 year reign as Leafs GM.

Not sure that is enough to tempt the Flames but Andersson ($4.55 x 1 more year) would be a great addition the Leafs defense.
It might take Cowan and Leafs 2026 - 1st round pick plus salary matching.
