So we're not to happy with leafs playoffs performance. So a shake up is going to be needed.

Karlsson, kane, Jones.

Now Karlsson is regularly injured, but there is no denying his ability on the ice can be magical at times.
Bringing in kane is a gritty skilled player ala Marchand, Wilson, tkachuk with is looking like a requirement now for team make up.
And Jones and Anderson is a lateral change, in a perfect world i would target gibson in Anaheim, but this is a benefit with just 1 main trade.

Next up we take out expendable players, keefoot, johnsson,

It was a high risk re-signing him for such a huge contract after he was hurt in his inaugural season with them. I know he did well when he was playing. But the injury history with him should have been a huge flashing red light for Wilson. That contract is going to bury him.
