I’m all for trading Woll for a return that makes sense but I don’t think I’d pull the trigger on this one. A starter gets a 1st liner or #1 prospect all day long for me. Hyman as I suggested a long time ago and someone has recently, would be my equivalent.
Limited assets mean we need the very best returns.

Personally, I do not feel that Woll alone, is even close to sufficient remuneration to acquire Marchenko.
Marchenko: 25 years old, 6’3”, 197lbs.
Marchenko’s 2024/ 25 stats: 79 games, 31 goals, 43 assists, 74 points, +29
Marchenko’s contract: $3.85 x 2 more years, then still an RFA.
Woll on the other hand is Leafs backup goaltender with a meager .909 SV% and a 2.73 GAA.
I would make this trade in a heartbeat.

Wtf? That’s crazy. Woll for Hyman would be enough. He is in his mid 30’s where as Woll is mid 20’s. Not to mention a goalie Carrie’s much more value than a winger.

Will never happen. LA is a playoff team. They just have the unfortunate luck of running into Edmonton.
Kopitar and Doughty can still play a d not retired yet. What you are proposing is a rebuild strategy. Maybe in a couple of years but not while they are still competitive.
